Onsite Technical Services

Our highly experienced technical team can provide onsite technical services for the following:

  • Setup and installation.
  • Network troubleshooting.
  • VPN configuration.
  • Secured WiFi configuration.

We cannot support any other thrid party services or solutions.

We do not sell or support any Microsoft products.

Onsite technical services during normal office hours are charged in blocks of 30 minutes at a rate of £48 per hour, per engineer.  Minimum charge: one hour.

Emergency out-of-hours onsite technical services are charged at £96 per hour or part hour, per engineer.  Minimum charge: one hour.

Travelling time between base and site is charged at 25% the relevant hourly onsite rate.
