Important DNS Settings

DNS is the process where the Internet is translated from strings of unrememberable numbers into meaningful, memorable names.

DNS servers do the magical translation behind the scenes, making the Internet usable.

In general you should set your router to automatically obtain DNS server information from us.  In some circumstances, such as specific operating systems, router configurations, server installations and certain security applications, you will need to manually enter the IP address of our DNS Servers.

If you manaually enter DNS server addresses it is important that you have the correct, up-to-date servers listed;

Primary DNS Servers, use either: 212.139.132.5 or 212.139.132.6
Secondary DNS Servers, use either: 212.139.132.21 or 212.139.132.22

DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE: 195.112.4.4 or 195.112.4.7
if you have these entered, CHANGE THEM!
